  1. No right at all. Even though he owns it, it is or suhold be courtesy to give you 24 hours notice to show the place. If this continues to happen, and I know this may be an inconvenience, then I would just start leaving the house a mess and prospected buyers will be turned off. Word will get back to the seller and he’ll think twice before the next time he tells the realtor to just go on in w/o giving you a heads up first.
